Shipping

All orders are shipped from The Netherlands and we thrive to deliver them within 1-2 business days. Orders from all other countries worldwide will be delivered within 3-10 business days.
If you have an account on our website, you can easily track your order. All orders will be shipped with UPS, DHL or PostNL, provided with a track & trace code.
We ship worldwide, except for the following countries: Cuba, North-Korea, Iran, Syria and Sudan.
Shipping costs can vary per country and are calculated during checkout.
Orders from within EU are not charged with additional duties or taxes. For orders from non EU-countries and international orders, duties may apply, depending on which country you live in. A Perfect Jane is not responsible for these duties and cannot inform you about the amount that will be charged. Please inform on this in your own country. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.

 

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. In case you would like to return a product, please send an e-mail to info@aperfectjane.com. A Perfect Jane is made with love and care, therefore we would appreciate your feedback on your return. Note that we can only accept returns if the product is unworn and returned in the original package. If your return request is accepted, you can send your package to: A Perfect Jane, Zundertseweg 24, 4876 NK ETTEN-LEUR, THE NETHERLANDS.
A Perfect Jane is a sustainable company and our products are wrapped with care. Please handle your package with care, so we can reuse it if you wish to return your order. To reduce the shipping movements, return costs are at the expense of the customer. Because we appreciate you making a concious choice to buy at A Perfect Jane, you will receive a discount coupon for the amount of the shipping costs, which you can use on your next order. Note: all sale items are excluded from coupons.

 

Exchanges

Yes you can, please contact our customer service through: info@aperfectjane.com or through the What’s App button on our website. Please note which product you want to exchange and which product you want to receive. Exchanges are free of charge and you will receive an e-mail with a prepaid return shipping label. Attach the return label to your package and send it back. After receiving the package, we will send you the exchange.

 

Refunds

We will refund you after receiving your return, unworn and in its original package. The refund will be made on the same payment method used on your order. Note that it can take up to several business days for the refund to be visible on your account.
