Do I need an account to checkout?

No, you can checkout without making an account. However, having an account will make it easier to track your order and place one in the future.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes you can, but only if your order has not been shipped yet. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aperfectjane.com or through the What’s App button on our website.

Sale & Discount Coupons

Sale items can not be combined with discount coupons and are excluded from free shipping when the order amount is below € 125,-. Discount coupons cannot be combined together, you can only use one coupon at a time.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept worldwide payments through Paypal, Creditcards (Visa, Mastercard, etc) and if you live in The Netherlands, you can also pay with Ideal.

How can I track my order?

If you have an account on our website, you can easily track your order. All orders will be shipped with UPS, DHL or PostNL, provided with a track & trace code.

We ship worldwide, except for the following countries: Cuba, North-Korea, Iran, Syria and Sudan.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free worldwide shipping.

Duties/Taxes

Orders from within EU are not charged with additional duties or taxes. For orders from non EU-countries and international orders, duties may apply, depending on which country you live in. A Perfect Jane is not responsible for these duties and cannot inform you about the amount that will be charged. Please inform on this in your own country. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Can I exchange a product?

Yes you can, please contact our customer service through: info@aperfectjane.com or through the What’s App button on our website. Please note which product you want to exchange and which product you want to receive. Exchanges within the EU are free of charge and you will receive an e-mail with a prepaid return shipping label. Attach the return label to your package and send it back. After receiving the package, we will send you the exchange.

Exchanges outside the EU are possible, shipping costs to return your order are at own expense.

How do I return a product?

Return Request

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery, starting from the day of receipt.

In case you would like to return a product, please send an e-mail to info@aperfectjane.com.

Return Conditions

  • Returns are only accepted within the return policy of 14 days
  • Products are unworn & undamaged
  • Products are returned in the original shoe box, incl. the giveaway (totebag)
  • If you want to return your product, but keep the giveaway, no problem. We will settle this (deduct € 5,-) with the refund
  • The shipping risk of the return is for the buyer, we recommend sending your return with a track&trace
  • Insufficient or non-stamped shipment will not be accepted
  • Product damages must be reported with a description within 14 days of delivery
  • If our return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the shipment and charge you with the shipping costs.

Return Costs

A Perfect Jane is a sustainable company and we are aware of the impact fashion has on our environment. Shop conscious and return less. Together we can make an impact. For this reason we do not offer Free Returns. To reduce shipping movements, return costs are at the expense of the customer. You are responsible for returning your package. The return costs depend on the shipping method you choose.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

We will refund you after receiving your return, unworn and in its original package. The refund will be made on the same payment method used on your order. Note that it can take up to several business days for the refund to be visible on your account.

Vegan Materials & Sustainability

What is A Perfect Jane made of?

Our vegan leather is made of plantbased appleskin, which is apple waste from the fruitjuice industry in combination with recycled PET (recycled plastic bottles extracted from the sea). Yes you are reading this correctly, you can not only eat apples, but you can also walk on them. We also use Vegan Eco Suede materials which are made of recycled polyester. Our insoles are made of 100% cork. This is a high quality material, that make your feet feel comfortable and will have them able to breath aswell. So you can take of your shoes with peace of mind. The lining is made of On Steam, which is a highly breathable microfiber that absorbes humid very well and looks and feels like leather. This material is made of a combination of corn and recycled PET.

Is A Perfect Jane vegan?

A Perfect Jane is 100% vegan. We are very proud that no animals have been harmed or used in our products. It is our mission to make great looking products that are cruelty-free.

What about sustainability?

Sustainability is a hot topic in almost every business in the world right now, also in fashion. Our shoes are made as sustainable as possible, however not everything is yet available in 100% sustainable materials. Together with our factory in Portugal we keep up to date on al new developments and thrive to do better every collection.
